FTR emails are sent when new content is available (reports, webinars, newsletters, etc.). Allowlisting FTR emails keeps them out of your spam or junk folder.

To allowlist an email address means you add them to your approved sender list. This tells your email client that you know this sender and trust them, which will keep emails from this contact at the top of your inbox and out of the junk folder.
This ensures that you receive email notifications from FTR about your services.
You may need to work with your IT department, though here is a link to a resource if you use Gmail or Outlook.
