How do I ensure that I receive email notifications from FTR?

FTR emails are sent when new content is available (reports, webinars, newsletters, etc.). Whitelisting FTR emails keeps them out of your spam or junk folder.

To whitelist an email address means you add them to your approved sender list. This tells your email client that you know this sender and trust them, which will keep emails from this contact at the top of your inbox and out of the junk folder.

This ensures that you receive email notifications from FTR about your services.
