Dry van
FTR provides--Revenue per Loaded Mile. Spot and Contract rates for Dry Van
trailer activity both with and w/o Fuel Surcharge (FSC).

Intermodal

calculated based on the underlying cost pressures from dry van

from data reported to the STB. It measures revenue per ton-mile
